Saltcoats Victoria have signed Striker Ian Fraser who scored both goals in last weeks victory over Muirkirk Ian has played for Irvine Vics, Dalry Th, Darvel Fc Ardrossan Castle Rovers and West Kilbride.also joining the club is Defender Callum McLaughlan who has played for Bonnyton Th, Carrick AFC, Winlinton Wolves.
